If you're new to pole dancing, we recommend starting out slow (remember slow is sexy!). "A Pole Lot of Fun" is our favorite DVD for a gentle introduction to pole dancing. The DVD was made by Jan Janzen, president of Women Empowering Women, who is a typical REAL woman who wanted to learn pole dancing in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
The Lil' Mynx stripper pole comes in polished stainless steel, red, white, pink or black. The pole itself does not bolt to the floor or ceiling. The ceiling mount uses one sturdy bolt into a joist which can be found using a stud finder - or the help o f that sexy neighbor you've been dying to meet.
The removable nature lets you keep the dance pole in place when you want to use it, and remove it when you have company coming for dinner. Store your pole under your bed, behind the couch or in a closet when finished. If you prefer your pole to be permanent, you can secure the base to the floor with screws (not included) instead of using the rubber feet included.
Dance poles are 2 inches in diameter and adjust in height to be used with an 8-10 foot ceiling. While our pole was designed with carpeted floors in mind we offer a small pad for use on non-carpeted floors, including hardwood, tile, cement, etc.
