Lingerie Consultant

Job Duties:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and email in a pleasant
and professional manner
- Take orders over the phone
- Answer product and sizing questions via phone and email
- Maintain an updated list of backorders and contact customers
regarding due dates and alternate suggestions
- Issue Return Authorizations
- Process exchanges
- Track lost shipments
- Communicate with shipping department and/or FedEx regarding
lost orders
Skills/Experience:
- Professional and friendly with strong phone presence
- Computer literate – must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite, various email programs, internet/tech savvy
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a stable
work history
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Able to troubleshoot and make decisions
- Mature and responsible
- Dependable and punctual
- Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
