This scoop back, scoop front, ruffle bottom dress hugs your curves in all the right places.  Made of a cotton / Spandex blend this long sleeve dress offers comfort and curve-hugging support.  Garters on the bottom are removable.  Without them you can add a string of pearls and you have your basic black dress - or sex it up with the garters, black stockings and a pair of stilettos.  This garter dress makes a great foundation for many of our costumes too.
