This set of two small rosettes can be worn in a variety of ways.   Use them to hike up a long skirt or short petticoat (one or both sides!). They can be worn separately or together as hair bands, as a choker, leg garter or hat ornament.   Each rosette has layers of organza in between the petals and is attached to an adjustable garter strap.
