To properly process your return, please print and complete the below return form. If you do not have a printer, please write your order number on the outside of your return package and be sure to include your original invoice.  Circle the items you are returning on the original invoice.  Returns take 10 - 12 days to process once they reach our warehouse.
Please remember that all sale and clearance items are final sale and will not be accepted for return.

EXCHANGES:
We are unable to process exchanges  - all items returned will be refunded to your credit card.  If you would like to place a new order for exchange, please call us at 800.220.8878 to receive free standard shipping in the U.S. on your new order! Please follow the instructions on the return form, and remember, we don't accept returns on opened hosiery, bodystockings, wigs or panties due to state health law and health code regulations. Items not returned within 30 days or not in original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
